We believe in transparency. To keep things simple, we’ve structured our rental agreements into easy to understand documents for the convenience of our customers. All of your rights and obligations are set out in the Rental Agreement you sign when you collect your hire vehicle.
If you are unsure about anything, our customer service specialists are happy to answer any questions. You have peace of mind knowing your consumer rights are not altered, restricted, or modified by our rental agreements.

Documentation
To hire a vehicle from Rentco, you must have a valid Australian drivers licence for the class of vehicle you are hiring. Check to enquire if there are any special ticket or licence requirements to operate specialised equipment. Mine sites and construction sites all have strict criteria for vehicles and equipment which must be met. Rentco has a fleet of mine site compliant vehicles, ensuring when you turn up at the gate there are no expensive delays.
